Advanced Network (16-45)

Total Price: $4,500 AUD (excluding 4G/5G modem)

Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [Client Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and HashTech, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of network setup services as per the chosen package.

1. Scope of Services

HashTech shall provide the network setup and configuration services based on the selected package (Basic, Enhanced, Advanced, or Premium). Additional services and optional features, such as 4G/5G backup, are available upon request.

2. Deliverables

HashTech will deliver all hardware components, install and configure them, and ensure they are operational according to the specifications of the selected package.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the total package price along with any additional costs for optional add-ons prior to the start of services. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

4. Labor and Maintenance

Initial setup labor is included in the package cost. Optional monthly maintenance packages may be offered to the Client upon request.

5. Liability

HashTech is not liable for any damages beyond the total fees paid for the services rendered.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
