Introduction

Most email providers require your domain to contain an SPF and DKIM record to verify your email is being sent from a trusted source. To that end, cPanel has implemented the 'Email Deliverability' Feature, which creates these records, and places them into DNS on your server.

The records can be seen in the cPanel interface.

Procedure

To view your SPF and DKIM record, you would just the following steps:

1. Log into cPanel as your account username.

2. Navigate to the following location
cPanel: Home -> Email -> Email Deliverability

3. Locate the domain you wish to check, and click the "Manage" button

4. On the following page, you will find the two records: DKIM and SPF

Both of these records are for DNS.

If you are running DNS from your cPanel server, they will already be in your zonefile.

If your DNS servers are remote, you would want to copy these records and place them there.
